Description
This straw yellow coloured Pineau enhanced by golden and shiny reflections, unveils the slender aromas of dried fruit, especially currants, prunes and nuts. In the mouth this wine is nervous and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. A ginger note complements its aromatic persistence.
Serve chilled (between 8°C and 10°C) as an aperitif, or dessert wine.
Combination: Foie gras – Walnut cake – Roquefort (cheese)
